Book

Book by OpenApps is a free Calendly alternative. Free. Unlimited bookings.

A free booking page. People pick a time, you meet on Google Meet. Set your weekly hours, meeting length and your Google Meet (or Zoom) link, and share your page. People pick a time that works in their own time zone, and both of you get a calendar invite with the meeting link. Simpler than the usual: no calendar to connect.

Open Book Free. Unlimited bookings.

Instead of Calendly

What you get, free

  • Weekly hours, meeting length, notice and buffer
  • Shown in each visitor's own time zone
  • Booked times disappear for everyone right away, and two people can never take the same slot
  • Your own Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link on every booking
  • Calendar invite (.ics) and Google Calendar link for both sides
  • Cancel from a private link
  • API for AI assistants: book a time or set up a page

Each booking is one small write; it stays free.

For AI assistants

An assistant can read open times on someone's booking page and book a meeting for its person, or set up a booking page for them.

The app's guide for assistants is at book-free.openapps.xyz/llms.txt, and its API at https://functions.bounded.sh/apps/7385a6c1c47153b1728160ff/api.

Questions

Does Book read my calendar?
No. That keeps it simple and private: set your weekly hours, and adjust them when your week changes.
Which video tool does it use?
Your own meeting link: Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or any https link. It goes on every booking.
Can two people book the same time?
No. The rules that store bookings refuse a second booking for a taken slot.
Is it free?
Yes, with unlimited bookings and no ads.
