Terms of use
The rules for using OpenApps apps and this site, in plain words. By using them, you agree to these.
Free
The apps are free. There is no paid plan. If an app ever has a real cost per use, like AI, it charges that cost and no more, and says so before you use it.
Provided as is
The apps are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them running and your things safe, but we cannot promise that an app never fails, never changes or never loses data. Keep your own copy of anything important: download the signed PDF, the responses as CSV, the invoice PDF. As far as the law allows, OpenApps is not liable for losses that come from using the apps.
Using the apps fairly
Do not use the apps to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- harass, threaten or harm people;
- send spam, run scams or phishing, or spread malware;
- share content that sexually exploits children, or content you have no right to share;
- get into things that are not yours, or load an app so hard that it slows down for others.
AI assistants that use the apps for a person follow the same rules.
Content we remove
We can remove content that breaks these rules, and turn off links that lead to it, such as a short link to a scam, without notice. To report something, email support@openapps.app with its link.
Your things stay yours
What you make belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it to the people you share it with. What each app keeps is on the privacy page.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Questions: support@openapps.app.
